These terms govern the services provided by AuraType Web Design ("AuraType", "we", "us"), a web design studio serving Tampa Bay and Central Florida, and your use of auratypewebdesign.com. By requesting a quote, accepting a proposal or paying for services, you agree to these terms.
AuraType provides custom web design, Progressive Web Apps, lead generation sites, static site hosting and deployment (Cloudflare Pages), mobile optimization, AI concierge integrations, performance optimization, digital maintenance and interactive web elements for local businesses. The deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in your written proposal or invoice. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Each plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, as listed on this site or in your proposal. Pricing is modular: you are billed only for the features you use. Projects begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining setup balance can be paid in full or financed interest-free over 12 months, as set out in your proposal. Monthly fees are billed on the schedule in your plan, and AuraType may pause work or services on past-due accounts.
Standard turnaround is about one week after AuraType receives your content and approvals. A 24–48 hour emergency rush option may be available on request. Delays in receiving content may move the timeline.
You agree to provide accurate content, images, account access and approvals in a timely way, and you confirm that you have the right to use any material you send us.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final web code assets created for your project transfers to you. Proprietary agency base code, framework scripts and custom component libraries remain the intellectual property of AuraType. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use those components as part of your website.
Your website may rely on third-party providers, such as hosting and network services (for example Cloudflare) and payment processors (for example Stripe, Square or Toast). Those services are governed by their own terms, and AuraType is not responsible for their availability, fees or changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraType's total liability for any claim related to its services is limited to the total amount you paid AuraType for the services rendered. AuraType is not liable for third-party hosting outages (including Cloudflare), content edits made by you or anyone you authorize, changes to external APIs or third-party services, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.
When a business you refer activates a website with AuraType, you may receive a Visa gift card: $25 for Starter, $50 for Plus, $100 for Premier and $150 for Growth. Rewards are issued after the referred client's website is activated. AuraType may change or end the referral program at any time; rewards already earned will be honored.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be brought in the state courts located in Pasco County or Pinellas County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies to new projects from the date it is posted.

This policy explains what information AuraType Web Design collects through auratypewebdesign.com and how we use it.
We collect only the lead information you choose to send us through our project intake form and quote requests: your name, email address, phone number and business details, such as your type of business, county, timeline, whether a friend referred you and that friend's name.
We use your information solely for project estimates, delivering our services, direct communication with you and tracking referral rewards. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third-party advertisers.
Auron's answers come from our FAQ and run in your browser. What you type into Auron is not stored or sent to us. If you want us to follow up, use the project form or email us.
This site does not use advertising cookies or invasive third-party tracking scripts. It may use your browser's local storage for essential purposes only: site preferences, interface state such as 3D canvas settings, and your active session. That data stays in your browser.
The site loads fonts and code libraries from content delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr). As with any web request, these providers receive your IP address and basic browser information in order to deliver those files. Form submissions reach us through our form delivery provider.
We keep lead information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services and meet legal or accounting obligations.
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing auratype.studio@gmail.com.
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
